All orders placed by our valued customers within the US are processed and shipped as soon as the order is made. Our aim is to get the products to your furry friends as quickly as possible!
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Same-Day Delivery: Some of our customers are pleasantly surprised to find their orders at their doorsteps on the same day!
- Next-Day Delivery: Most of our orders are delivered by the following day.
- Standard Delivery: On average, our orders are delivered within 3 days. However, your order may take up to 5 days if you live in a remote location. Rest assured, you'll be provided with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.
International 🌎
For our international customers, please note that orders are shipped from our separate international warehouses, and not from our US location. This is why there might be differences in stock availability for certain products between regions.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 3 to 7 days
- Australia: 4 to 8 days
- Canada: 4 to 14 days
While we strive to adhere to these delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to international shipping challenges. We appreciate your understanding in these rare instances. Nonetheless, we ensure that international orders are shipped out on the same day of the order.
